PM Baker/Pastry Chef - Afternoon/Evening Hours

The ideal candidate for this position would exhibit a high level of emotional intelligence in addition to the following: be available for weekends and to work 5 days per week, 40 hours have experience working in a busy kitchen/bakery have a very discerning eye for detail have experience working with any combination of cakes, cookies, doughs, breads, brioche, lamination, etc. have a great sense of urgency have excellent hygiene and food safety skills work well within a team-oriented environment aspire to improve each and every day and show a genuine desire to master the craft learn to anticipate the needs of the bakery and the team This hours of this position will predominately be scheduled mid-afternoon into evening hours. If you are not a morning person, this is a great opportunity for you. That said, the training period may involve some morning shifts. We offer all of the coffee and pastries you can eat and drink, paid time off, a 30-minute break in the middle of your 8 hour shift, an equally shared tip pool with the BOH and FOH combined. The $24-30/hour range includes a base wage and a tip pool hourly wage.
