  • May through September 2026 Our Pop‑up BBQ Dinner Restaurant at Heartwood House brings the spirit of legendary Texas BBQ to Hyatt Regency Lost Pines — smoky aromas, generous portions, rustic charm, and a fun, communal dining vibe.
Guests will enjoy a relaxed, family‑style dinner experience with the elevated service and professionalism Hyatt is known for.
Role Overview:
As a Dining Room Attendant, you'll blend laid‑back Texas warmth with polished hospitality. You'll guide guests through the BBQ experience, anticipate needs, and create a welcoming environment that keeps the energy high and the tables happy. What You'll Do Provide attentive, friendly table service in a casual‑but‑refined setting Share menu knowledge and help guests navigate the BBQ experience Collaborate with the buffet, cashier, and culinary teams to ensure seamless service Maintain a clean, organized section and support closing duties What Makes You a Great Fit You're personable, confident, and comfortable engaging with guests You enjoy the fun, lively atmosphere of a Texas BBQ setting You balance efficiency with genuine hospitality This position requires open availability, including early mornings, weekends and holidays through September (Labor Day) of 2026. Requirements A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Refined verbal communication skills. Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight. Prior food and beverage / serving experience is preferred. Must be available to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts through September (Labor Day) of 2026. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be 18 years of age or older. TABC & Texas Food Handler certification is required.
