PM DRYER OPERATOR

Dryer operators: The schedule will be 5 PM to 5 AM working a 7 on 7 off schedule. Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Week 2: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Pay range $26.27 per hour up to $28.59 per hour. An additional $1.20 per hour for night shifts.

Job Description:

(1) Take full responsibility for drying and instantizing operations. (2) Operate and CIP the DPW & Protein Dryers, Instantizer and related equipment. (3) Monitor operations with Panel View controller and associated equipment (5) Perform on time all necessary readings and samples. (6) Keep all equipment, dryer area, and control room clean. (7) Remain in the dryer area when dryers are in operation. (8) Keep clear, accurate, and timely records (9) Understand the plant's commitment to quality and to customer's expectations. (10) Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications :

Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50# Must be able to rarely push and pull 500# chemical barrel Exposure to extreme changes in temperature Frequent stairs, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines. Ability to work independently on assigned duties
