We're looking for someone dependable and motivated with a hustle and energy for getting the job done alongside a great team. moto-i's cuisine features scratch based asian inspired small plates and ramen dishes. Full-time and part-time scheduling is available.

Responsibilities include:

Produce high quality dishes that meet design and taste standards Maintain proper food storage, rotation and quality of food products in all areas of the kitchen Closing the kitchen properly and following closing checklist procedures Initial station set up, necessary service re-stocking and station clean up Maintain a positive and professional approach with all moto-i employees Use company technology platforms for recipes, checklists, and scheduling

Requirements Include:

A minimum of three years line cook experience Willingness to learn new ideas, specifications and techniques for food preparation, safety and sanitation Friday, Saturday, and Sunday schedule availability Reliable transportation If you feel like you would be a good fit as a member of our team, please email your resume and availability to General Manager Kelly to apply.
