Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a PM Shift - Front Desk Supervisor, where you will lead our front desk operations during the evening hours, ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out. Duties Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities during the PM shift, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive guest relations. Oversee the night audit process, balancing accounts and preparing financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and staff efficiently. Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the shift. Maintain security protocols at the front desk area, including monitoring access and ensuring guest safety during evening hours. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or guest services roles. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest interactions. Previous hotel experience in resort or hospitality settings is preferred; familiarity with guest relations and hotel management practices is essential. Ability to work independently during evening hours while maintaining attention to detail and security protocols.
