Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Podiatrist to provide comprehensive foot and ankle care within our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background in podiatric medicine, demonstrating expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions. As a Podiatrist, you will deliver patient-centered care through detailed assessments, innovative treatment plans, and collaborative approaches to improve mobility and quality of life for diverse patient populations. Duties Conduct thorough examinations of patients' feet, ankles, and lower limbs, utilizing medical imaging and diagnostic tools to inform treatment strategies. Develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, physical therapy, or surgical interventions. Perform minor and major foot surgeries. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Provide patient education on foot health, injury prevention, and post-treatment care to promote long-term wellness. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including orthopedists, radiologists, endocrinologists, and physical therapists to optimize patient outcomes. Manage wound care for complex cases such as diabetic ulcers or post-operative wounds. Experience Prior experience working within a multidisciplinary team in a hospital or specialized clinic setting is advantageous. $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
