You will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor water features, including fountains, ponds, and aeration systems. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing your technical skills and passion for the water. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing fountains and related equipment to ensure they operate flawlessly, creating beautiful and inviting outdoor environments. Duties Install, troubleshoot, and repair fountains, water features, aeration systems, and associated equipment using hand tools and power tools. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues with pumps, filters, valves, and plumbing components. Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, adjusting water flow, and winterizing or preparing systems for seasonal changes. Operate machinery and vehicles with trailers safely to transport equipment or materials around job sites. Use technical knowledge of aquatic vegetation control to optimize water feature appearance. Document service visits, repairs performed, and system conditions accurately in logs or reports. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations. Experience Previous experience in sales & service related to outdoor equipment or pond management is a plus but not required. Hands-on experience with vegetation control, farming, or agriculture enhances your ability to manage water features effectively. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and driving is essential for efficient job performance. A basic understanding toward electrical & mechanical troubleshooting is highly desirable. Ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals for troubleshooting complex water feature systems. Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to coordinate with team members and clients.
