Job Description

Pool Attendant - Horntown, VA 23395 Seasonal Seasonal Job Summary Join our vibrant aquatic team as a Pool Attendant, where your energy and dedication will ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all pool guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the pool area's cleanliness and safety, providing excellent guest services, and supporting lifeguard operations. Your proactive approach will help create an enjoyable experience for visitors while upholding the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Responsibilities Monitor pool activity to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents, assisting guests as needed. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing friendly assistance and information about pool hours and amenities. Support lifeguards by maintaining a safe environment, including supervising swimmer behavior and assisting in emergency situations when necessary. Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment and surrounding areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Assist with setting up poolside furniture and amenities for guest comfort and special events. Follow all safety protocols related to first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures to ensure guest well-being at all times. Experience Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent guest services with a positive attitude. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
