Duties Perform regular pool maintenance tasks including water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment checks Conduct thorough pool cleaning, including skimming debris, vacuuming the pool floor, and maintaining surrounding areas Maintain detailed logs of water quality, cleaning schedules, and safety inspections Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to swim confidently and comfortably in various water conditions Physical stamina for heavy lifting, bending, and prolonged standing or walking Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members
