Responsibilities Perform regular pool cleaning, including skimming debris, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces to maintain cleanliness and clarity. Conduct routine water testing to ensure proper chemical balance and adjust chemicals as needed for safety and compliance. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform minor repairs on pool equipment and fixtures. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, chemical treatments, and repairs for each pool. Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of pool systems. Respond promptly to service requests, troubleshoot problems efficiently, and communicate findings clearly to clients or supervisors. Requirements Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician with hands-on knowledge of pool cleaning procedures. Mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment repair and troubleshooting. Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks. Strong understanding of chemical balancing, water testing, and safety protocols. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy equipment, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality service. Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation is advantageous.
