As a Pool Cleaning Technician , you will operate your own work vehicle, manage your own pool service route, and provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services to residential customers throughout the season. Pool Cleaning TechnicianLocation:

Hilton, NY Responsibilities:

Drive a company-provided work vehicle to scheduled customer locations. Manage and complete your own assigned pool cleaning route. Vacuum pools, skim debris, brush surfaces, empty baskets, and maintain overall pool cleanliness. Test and balance pool water chemistry. Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and salt systems. Identify and report repair or service needs to customers and management. Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with homeowners. Maintain accurate service records and complete jobs efficiently.

Requirements:

Positive attitude and strong reliability. Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the workday. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor. Strong communication and customer service skills. Clean driving record required. Previous pool service, water chemistry, maintenance, or mechanical experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.

Position Details:

Seasonal Full-Time Position Season runs March/April (weather dependent) through November Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak season Winter unemployment available due to seasonal nature of business Strong performers are invited back each season with growth opportunities available
