Pool Construction Installer / Laborer

_____________________________________________ Choice Pools & Hardscapes by Resnik Pittsburgh Region Full-Time | $18-$30+/hr Based on Experience _____________________________________________ Choice Pools & Hardscapes by Resnik is hiring experienced team members to join our pool and outdoor construction crew. We specialize in custom in-ground pool installations and high-quality outdoor living projects throughout the Pittsburgh region. This is a hands-on construction position for individuals with prior pool or outdoor construction experience who can step onto a job site and contribute right away. We're looking for reliable team members who take pride in quality work and want to be part of a professional, growth-oriented crew. _____________________________________________ Position Responsibilities Assist with in-ground pool installations from layout through completion Site preparation, grading, and material handling Pool plumbing and equipment setting Concrete forming, pouring, and finishing assistance Backfilling and finish grading Assist with patios, retaining walls, and hardscape construction Work from project layouts and installation plans Operate skid steers and excavation equipment when needed Maintain clean and organized job sites Coordinate with crew members to complete projects efficiently Safely operate tools and equipment according to company standards _____________________________________________ Required Experience Applicants must have prior pool-related or outdoor construction experience , including one or more of the following: Pool installation or pool service experience Pool construction labor Hardscape installation (pavers, walls, patios) Excavation or site work Concrete work or forming Equipment operation Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered. _____________________________________________ Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our shop Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Strong attendance and reliability Professional attitude on job sites CDL and/or equipment experience is a plus. _____________________________________________

Starting pay is based on experience and role:

Pool Construction Laborers:

$18-$25 per hour

Experienced Pool Installers:
