• Based on College scale and education/experience. Minimum Qualifications AHR Prefix
• (Minimum) HVACR certification with verifiable work experience in the field. PLU Prefix
• (Minimum) Plumbing License with verifiable work experience in the field.

Preferred Qualifications AHR Prefix Courses A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field (e.g., Civil Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering). OR An Associate Degree in Building Construction Technology or related field (e.g., HVACR ) along with verifiable work experience in the field. PLU Prefix Courses A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field (e.g., Construction Science, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology). OR An Associate Degree in Building Construction Technology or related field (e.g., Civil Engineering Technology) long with verifiable work experience in the field. OR Diploma or Certificate in Plumbing with verifiable experience in the field.
