As Pool Manager, you will oversee daily pool operations, coordinate special events, ensure safety standards are met, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your proactive management will create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and cared for, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. Duties Supervise daily pool operations, ensuring safety protocols and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld Manage shift schedules for lifeguards, attendants, and other staff to guarantee adequate coverage during operating hours Oversee guest services, addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction Coordinate and oversee special events, parties, or themed nights to boost facility engagement and revenue Write detailed reports on daily operations, incidents, safety checks, and event summaries to ensure clear communication and record keeping Recruit, lead and supervise staff members by providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a motivated team environment Skills Strong background in events management with the ability to coordinate multiple activities seamlessly Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and conflict resolution Experience in shift management and supervising teams in fast-paced environments Skilled in report writing to document incidents, safety checks, and operational activities clearly and accurately Knowledge of hospitality standards including guest services excellence Join us if you're eager to lead a lively team dedicated to creating memorable experiences!
