Pool Sales Representative

Our clients are discerning homeowners who invest in quality, and our portfolio speaks for itself. We're looking for a seasoned closer who knows how to build trust, craft compelling proposals, and drive deals to completion with minimal hand-holding. What You'll Own

• Manage your full pipeline — from prospecting and lead follow-up through signed contracts.
• Conduct in-home consultations with high-net-worth homeowners and present custom pool designs and proposals.
• Collaborate with our design and construction teams to ensure every proposal is accurate and buildable.
• Own the client relationship from first handshake through project completion — referrals are your reward.
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets as we continue rapid growth across Southwest Florida. What We're Looking For
• Proven closer — 3+ years in sales, ideally in luxury home improvement, outdoor living, or construction.
• Self-sufficient — you manage your own leads, time, and pipeline without needing a babysitter.
• Consultative communicator — you listen first, then present tailored solutions that resonate.
• Pool or construction knowledge is a plus, but a strong sales instinct matters more.
