Compensation & Benefits:

• Position is hourly plus commission
• Company truck, tools, industrial vacuum are provided
• Work uniforms are provided
• After 90 days, you may gain the ability to take your company vehicle home
• Guaranteed annual cost of living raises
• Paid time off begins accruing after 6 months of employment with annual bumps capping at over 2 weeks per year We will request that you provide professional and/or customer references for this position.

Continuing education and certifications will be provided as deemed necessary, and candidates with any existing certifications or swimming pool experience will be given preference. Job Duties:

• Test water and add chemicals as needed
• Empty skimmer baskets, pump baskets, cleaner bags
• Vacuum pool and remove debris from floor
• Brush steps, walls and tiles
• Skim debris off surface
• Check pool equipment
• Backwash filters as needed
• Record work performed
• Quickly and clearly communicate internally and with customers through email and messaging applications
• Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies as needed
• Clean truck and maintain company equipment properly
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Pass employment background check
• Valid TX driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Be dependable and trustworthy
• Be able to communicate at a high level through email
• CPO preferred

Knowledge and Abilities:

• Proper swimming pool cleaning methods and techniques
• Proper use of swimming pool chemicals
• Plan, organize and schedule work
• Work independently and unsupervised
• Maintain positive and cooperative working relationship with coworkers
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds
• Stand for extended periods of time
