Job Summary Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in pool maintenance and cleaning. This role involves ensuring pools are clean, safe, and properly maintained for clients. The Pool Technician will utilize various hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of pools to assess condition and identify maintenance needs Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces Maintain proper chemical levels by testing water quality and applying necessary treatments Repair and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally Document service visits, including work performed and recommendations for future maintenance Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks Requirements Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician (required) Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills for effective client interaction Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites
