Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and repairing swimming pools to ensure they operate efficiently, safely, and beautifully. Your expertise will help create a pristine environment for our clients to enjoy, while your proactive approach will contribute to the smooth operation of our pool services. This entry level position offers an opportunity to learn and grow in the company. Overtime is always available but not mandated. Experience is preferred but not required, we offer on the job training! Compensation based on experience. Responsibilities Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning to maintain optimal water quality and clarity Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators; perform repairs or coordinate repairs as needed Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for equipment installation, repairs, and maintenance tasks Clean pool surfaces, tiles, filters, skimmers, and surrounding areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety Identify potential issues early by conducting thorough inspections and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades Maintain detailed service records, logs of work performed, and inventory of supplies and equipment Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and clients Experience Prior experience as a service technician is highly preferred, but not required. Mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and equipment repair Hands-on experience with pool cleaning techniques and maintenance procedures Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools for repair work Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently and accurately Join us in delivering top-tier pool care by combining your technical skills with your passion for maintaining beautiful aquatic environments.
