Manage Inventory & Equipment Maintain inventory levels for chemicals, tools, parts, and equipment Conduct inventory counts, audits, and stock replenishment Support vehicle inspections, maintenance coordination, and equipment tracking Ensure route tools and supplies are properly stocked and ready for technicians Support Technicians & Branch Operations Assist technicians with locating parts, supplies, and equipment Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments and product transfers Support procurement, warranty processing, and returns Deliver products and supplies from distribution centers when needed Maintain Safety & Compliance Ensure proper chemical storage and handling procedures Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environments Enforce safety protocols and operational standards Lead & Support Team Members Assist with onboarding, training, and supporting warehouse/retail team members Foster a positive, customer-focused team culture Communicate effectively with branch leadership and internal teams What We're Looking For Strong organizational and operational leadership skills Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and follow-through Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset Comfortable working independently while supporting a team environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile technology Valid driver's license with clean driving history (minimum 3 years) Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report Preferred Experience 3-5 years of warehouse, distribution, or operations experience Previous inventory management experience Leadership or supervisory experience Experience with pool/spa equipment, plumbing, electrical, or construction-related supplies Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience Experience managing procurement, warranties, or shipping/receiving operations What the Day-to-Day Looks Like Managing inventory and warehouse organization Supporting field technicians and operational teams Handling shipments, parts, and equipment logistics Working in a warehouse and outdoor environments Using inventory systems and mobile technology daily Solving operational challenges and improving efficiency Why This Role Matters This role directly impacts the success of the branch every single day. General Office Environment:
Noise level in office environment is generally quiet.
Outdoor Service Environment:
Position will be exposed to various work conditions, at a variety of client settings. Indoor conditions may have dust, heat, cold, noise, etc. Outdoor conditions may include exposure to the outdoor elements, seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations, freezing conditions, and hot conditions. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
Physical Requirements:
If performing office duties: Employee is required to sit, stand, hear, and use hands to operate all office equipment. Employee must view computer monitors for long periods of time. Vision requirements are close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Employee occasionally will be required to lift, generally no more than 25 pounds.
