What You'll Do:

Maintain curb appeal and keep common areas spotless Clean and organize interior spaces (office, bathrooms, amenities) Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, repairs, and unit turns Help with trash removal and preparing vacant units for new residents Support seasonal tasks (snow removal, pool upkeep, etc.) Report any maintenance or safety concerns

What We're Looking For:

3-6 months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or similar work A proactive, detail-focused, and dependable team player Basic knowledge of property operations/maintenance a plus Strong work ethic and pride in a job well done This role requires pre-employment screenings including a criminal background check and drug screening Monarch Investment & Management Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)
