Porter

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for both staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform various maintenance tasks efficiently. Duties include :

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Assist with buffing and polishing floors
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel

Skills:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
