Porter/Maintenance Helper

Overview Monday-Friday 8 am

• 4:30 pm We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Porter to join our team.

This role is essential in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities, providing a clean and safe environment.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES A VALID NYS DRIVER'S LICENSE

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Pick up garbage from several locations and transport to central dumpster. 2. Deliver sorted mail to the various locations both in AM and PM. 3. Deliver food, milk, lunch, dinner and other food items to designated areas. 4. Assist in sorting orders for household items and deliver to appropriate locations. 5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the maintenance supervisor.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move items weighing 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
