The School of Education seeks a Postdoctoral Fellow (Research Associate) to support research, program development, and evaluation initiatives related to educator preparation and leadership. Position Overview The Postdoctoral Fellow will evaluate teacher preparation outcomes, support the Ed.

D. in Leadership program, and provide research support to faculty while advancing their own research agenda. Key Responsibilities Program Evaluation Conduct an evaluation of graduates of the Rising Teachers program during their first year in the classroom Analyze qualitative and quantitative data on teacher outcomes Prepare reports and recommendations Ed.

D. Program Support Assist with development and implementation of the Ed.

D. in Leadership Support curriculum, assessment, and program evaluation efforts Faculty Research Support Work with faculty, staff, and partners on research initiatives Contribute to grant writing and publications Minimum Qualifications Doctorate in education or related field (completed or near completion) Experience in education research or program evaluation Strong analytical and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with teacher preparation or leadership programs Proficiency in research methods and analytic software Record of scholarly writing Appointment Details Term-limited position (1year) Competitive salary and benefits Function Research Support
