Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Powder Coat Painter to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying durable powder coatings to various metal components, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our strict standards. Your expertise in industrial painting techniques, materials handling, and fabrication processes will contribute to the production of top-tier products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, safety, and craftsmanship are valued. Responsibilities Prepare metal parts and components for coating by cleaning, masking, and sanding as needed using hand tools and power tools Operate airless paint spraying equipment and other industrial painting machinery to apply powder coatings evenly and efficiently Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure proper fit and finish of coated parts Handle materials safely with forklift and crane operations for loading, unloading, and moving heavy items within the warehouse or fabrication area Maintain a clean work environment by following proper materials handling procedures and adhering to safety protocols Conduct quality inspections on finished products, checking for consistency, coverage, and adherence to specifications Assist with fabrication, assembly, or auto body repair tasks as required to support production goals Qualifications Prior experience with industrial or auto painting techniques, including airless paint spraying and powder coating processes Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing, machining, welding, and fabrication practices Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments Ability to operate forklifts and cranes safely within a manufacturing or warehouse setting Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality control checks Knowledge of materials handling procedures in a manufacturing environment Experience with lean manufacturing principles and warehouse operations is a plus Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards in industrial settings Join our team where your skills in powder coating and fabrication will help produce high-quality products while advancing your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
