We are looking for a skilled individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality finishes on a variety of metal products. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that every piece meets our high standards of quality and durability. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary. Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns and curing ovens. Mix and apply powder coatings according to specifications and color requirements. Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in painting or coatings is a plus. Previous experience in powder coating or a similar role preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
