In this position, you will execute hands-on quality control testing and technical troubleshooting to guarantee product performance and compliance with rigorous engineering requirements.Functional Acceptance Testing:
Execute comprehensive production-line testing protocols, including high-standard insulation and functional performance tests.Technical Troubleshooting:
Swiftly diagnose basic electrical test failures, isolate issues, and document your findings according to strict quality guidelines.Schematic Mastery:
Follow complex technical work instructions and detailed electrical drawings to perform inspections and testing with 100% accuracy.Precision Documentation:
Carefully record raw test results and complete comprehensive, required engineering test reports in a timely manner. Safety & 6S Standards:
Maintain an immaculate, efficient work area adhering to 6S protocols. Actively observe workplace safety, monitor PPE compliance, and report hazards immediately to leadership. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):Experience:
Associate level with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in electrical quality control testing (2+ years is highly preferred).Technical Equipment Proficiency:
Expert capability in using digital oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, high-voltage isolators, and current clamps.Blueprint Competency:
A strong, proven ability to read, interpret, and trace complex electrical schematics and blueprints.Analytical Mindset:
Demonstrated troubleshooting and real-time problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Physical Ability:
Must be comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs safely.Communication & Tech:
