Powersports Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities Transport vehicles locally and occasionally over longer distances while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service Safely transport and deliver powersports vehicles including snowmobiles, UTVs, ATVs, motorcycles, and personal watercraft Load and unload vehicles using ramps, trailers, tie-downs, and proper securing methods Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, trailers, and transported vehicles to ensure safe delivery and accurate condition reporting Maintain cleanliness and organization of transport vehicles and trailers Communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, sales staff, and management courteously, addressing inquiries, providing product information •Manage delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals and pickups while maintaining accurate delivery documentation. Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and dealership policies Organize deliveries for optimal route efficiency, utilizing organizational skills to maximize productivity throughout the day. Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and team members regarding delivery status or unforeseen delays. Assist with general dealership tasks as needed, including but not limited to building maintenance, lot organization, snow removal and event setup and take down Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 pounds Ability to load, unload, and maneuver powersports vehicles and equipment Comfortable driving full-size trucks with trailers in varying road, weather, and traffic conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous trailer towing or powersports experience required Physical Requirements Frequently lift, push, pull, and move up to 100 pounds Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions Ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk for extended periods

Pay:
