In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft. Your expertise will ensure that each vehicle performs at its best, providing our customers with safe, reliable, and exciting rides. Responsibilities Perform detailed diagnostics using automotive and powersports-specific tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various powersports vehicles, including engine work, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and electrical troubleshooting. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently. Reassemble vehicles with precision, ensuring all components meet safety and quality standards. Perform heavy lifting when handling large parts or vehicles during service procedures. Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or service technician experience working with powersports or automotive vehicles. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with automotive diagnostics skills. Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake repair, suspension work, welding, soldering, and assembly. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and automotive diagnostic software. Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and safety standards applicable to powersports vehicles. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair processes. Prior experience in sales is a plus but not required; a passion for powersports is essential!
