Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Powersports Sales Associate to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with powersports enthusiasts. Your enthusiasm for high-end vehicles, combined with your sales expertise, will help customers find the perfect powersports equipment—whether it's motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, or personal watercraft. You will be responsible for managing sales pipelines, upselling products, and providing expert guidance to both new and returning customers. Duties Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to promote powersports products and accessories Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts with dealerships, rental companies, and other commercial clients Demonstrate deep product knowledge to educate customers on features, benefits, and maintenance of high-end powersports equipment Negotiate deals effectively to meet customer needs while achieving sales targets Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities Assist in inventory management and control to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and cold calling potential clients Provide excellent customer service through active listening, clear communication, and professional phone etiquette Upsell accessories, extended warranties, and related products to maximize sales opportunities Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or dealership environments within the powersports or automobile industry Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales confidently Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus) Ability to manage a comprehensive sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals Skilled in B2B sales strategies and relationship building with commercial clients Proficiency with CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer data Exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory control, retail math calculations, and sales support tasks Experience in public speaking or presenting product features confidently to groups or individuals Knowledge of automotive or powersports inventory management systems is preferred Strong outbound calling skills combined with effective phone etiquette for engaging potential customers Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Join us if you're passionate about powersports and eager to drive success through energetic selling!
