River Valley Power Sport is growing and looking to add another Powersports Service Technician to our Rochester service team. We are searching for an energetic, motivated technician who enjoys diagnosing, repairing, and servicing powersports vehicles and outdoor recreational equipment. If you enjoy working on motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, and other powersports vehicles—and want to build a long-term career in the powersports industry—this is an opportunity to join a high-performing dealership with consistent year-round work. Current Product Lines Can-Am Ryker Spyder Sea-Doo Ski-Doo Polaris Slingshot Suzuki Yamaha What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair new and used powersports vehicles Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and service work Complete engine, drivetrain, suspension, electrical, and mechanical repairs Install accessories and performance upgrades Set up and prepare new units for delivery Operate equipment to safely move powersports vehicles throughout the shop Work closely with Service Advisors and technicians to complete jobs efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Experience & Skills We Value Powersports technician

  • Outdoor power equipment repair What We're Looking For Basic tool set and toolbox required Previous powersports, motorcycle, automotive, marine, or mechanical experience preferred OEM/manufacturer certifications are a plus Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to work independently and stay productive Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Forklift experience is helpful but not required Basic computer and service software skills required Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Schedule Full-time, year-round employment Typical schedules: 7:00 a.
