Powersports Technician

Your attention to detail will ensure each vehicle is in peak condition, providing customers with confidence and excitement on every ride. Duties Perform checkout and check in of rental machines Detail vehicles daily to maintain new looking machines Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, and suspension adjustments to keep vehicles in top shape. Inspect vehicles thoroughly to ensure safety standards are met; replace worn parts and look for damage Assist customers by explaining how to operate vehicles clearly and professionally to enhance their experience Maintain detailed rental records for each vehicle serviced, including parts used and work performed Support sales efforts by demonstrating product features or recommending necessary upgrades when appropriate Requirements Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate information clearly to clients Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Valid driver's license; ability to lift heavy components safely; willingness to work with power tools and perform physical tasks Join us if you're ready to accelerate your career in the exciting world of powersports!
