Job Overview We are seeking a high-energy, data-driven PPC & Paid Media Specialist with a strong sales background to manage, optimize, and scale our lead generation initiatives. In this role, you won't just be managing ad spend—you will be directly responsible for the strategic growth of our acquisition pipeline. You will oversee the daily execution of our paid advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Search and YouTube Video Ads . Because this role directly impacts our bottom line, we reward performance. Duties Design, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Twitter Ads, and Facebook Advertising to meet specific marketing objectives. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms that enhance campaign performance and improve conversion rates. Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Web analytics platforms to track key metrics and optimize results continuously. Manage media buying budgets efficiently while ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact across channels including SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and social media platforms. Develop detailed media plans aligned with overall marketing strategies and coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging ad content. Utilize SEO tools and techniques to complement paid efforts, ensuring integrated digital marketing campaigns that boost organic visibility alongside paid initiatives. Analyze campaign data regularly to identify opportunities for improvement, implement A/B testing strategies, and refine targeting for better ROI through conversion optimization techniques. Experience Proven experience in PPC campaign management with a strong understanding of performance marketing principles across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Twitter Ads, and Facebook Advertising. Hands-on experience with SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO tools, Google AdWords, DoubleClick (Google's ad management platform), and media planning software. Demonstrated ability to conduct keyword research effectively and leverage insights for targeted advertising efforts. Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking campaign success and user behavior analysis. Strong background in digital marketing strategies including affiliate marketing, e-commerce advertising, media buying, and conversion optimization techniques. Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to allocate resources efficiently while maintaining campaign performance standards. Knowledge of SEO best practices combined with experience in social media management and media planning to create cohesive multi-channel campaigns. Performance Commission:
Earn additional commissions based on total qualified leads generated, hitting CPA benchmarks, and target pipeline growth.Pay:
