PPM Project Coordinator

Job Summary MOR PPM, Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator supporting various customers and projects in multiple locations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and plan meetings and special events. Manage and coordinate bid log development. Manage and follow up on Worker's Compensation, Auto, Liability and other Claims. Assist with development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures across the enterprise. Assist with creation and any backup support needed for proposal development. Manage and assist with System Integration Management. Coordinate all certificates of insurance. Lead the Business Continuity Plan. Review contracts for proper language and coordinate with internal counsel. Manage the state contractor's license and continuity. Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings. Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings. Assist the President, CFO, Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, Safety Director, and HR Director with special projects. Assist HR with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently collaborate with team members. College Education preferred. Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in project management. Strong planning and multitasking skills. Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility, and professionalism. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
