Within the ASC environment, the Practice Director will guide a modern outpatient surgery center designed for high reliability and smooth patient flow across pre-op, operating rooms, PACU, and sterile processing, supporting diverse specialties; this ambulatory surgery center emphasizes fast-turnover precision, accreditation-ready standards, and hospitality-inspired touches that mirror the energy of a coastal city while delivering a competitive salary and a streamlined, patient-friendly experience.

Reporting as an Administrator to a regional ambulatory executive and partnering closely with the Medical Director and Director of Nursing, the Practice Director will lead nurse managers, business office leadership, materials management, sterile processing, scheduling/registration, and revenue cycle teams while championing regulatory compliance, infection prevention, block and case-mix optimization, surgeon relations, EHR and analytics adoption, budget stewardship, staff development, and continuous quality improvement.
