Practice Manager North Texas Allergy & Asthma Center Denton | Prosper | North Dallas-Fort Worth Area Full Job Description North Texas Allergy & Asthma Center is a physician-led allergy and immunology practice providing care to both pediatric and adult patients across multiple locations in the DFW area. We are seeking a full-time Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, patient experience, and revenue cycle oversight across the practice. The ideal candidate is an organized, accountable leader who can effectively manage both front office and clinical support staff while maintaining efficient workflows and strong operational performance in a fast-paced medical environment.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Personnel & Staff Management • Manages and supervises front office and clinical staff across multiple locations Operations Management Oversees daily office operations and clinic workflow Ensures efficient patient scheduling, patient flow, and overall office productivity Maintains high standards for patient service and patient experience Helps develop and implement operational processes and workflow improvements Maintains oversight of office systems, supplies, equipment, and general office operations Ensures compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office policies and procedures Revenue Cycle Management Oversight Oversees and monitors revenue cycle management processes, including front-end workflows, charge capture, claims management, collections, denials, and accounts receivable performance Works closely with billing staff and outside vendors to address claim issues, aging AR, denial trends, and workflow inefficiencies Reviews operational and financial reports regularly and helps implement corrective action plans when needed Ensures insurance verification, authorization workflows, and payment collection processes are functioning appropriately Maintains accountability for operational and financial performance metrics related to billing and collections Financial & Administrative Responsibilities Assists with practice operational reporting, budgeting oversight, and expense management Reviews daily and monthly operational reports and identifies opportunities for improvement Supports practice efficiency, staffing productivity, and operational consistency across all locations Coordinates communication between providers, clinical staff, front office staff, billing, and administration Qualifications Prior experience in medical practice management or healthcare operations required Experience overseeing medical office staff and daily clinic operations preferred Experience with revenue cycle management oversight strongly preferred Knowledge of medical billing workflows, insurance processes, denials management, and accounts receivable Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with EMR systems and practice management software preferred What We Are Looking For A proactive, dependable leader who takes ownership of operational performance Someone comfortable managing both people and processes A team-oriented professional with strong follow-through and accountability A candidate who can help maintain an efficient, patient-focused, and well-organized practice environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience: 60-90k Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) and 401(k) matching Supportive, team-oriented work environmentJob Type:
