Establishes systems and processes which result in patient satisfaction, patient retention, case acceptance, employee engagement, and provider engagement. Responsible for practice operations systems and provides support to all functioning areas, including administrative support to the front and back office. Someone with a bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred. Someone with strong leadership and functional management experience.
