Full-Time About Us Animal Alliance Radiation Oncology is a growing veterinary specialty practice focused on providing compassionate, advanced radiation oncology care for pets. We are building a collaborative, patient-focused team and are seeking a highly organized, adaptable Practice Manager to help launch and support daily clinic operations during our startup phase. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the early development of a specialty veterinary practice while working closely with a small, supportive team. Position Overview The Practice Manager will assist with the initial setup and organization of the clinic while overseeing day-to-day administrative operations. During the early stages of the practice, this role will also help support front desk and reception responsibilities until patient volume increases and additional support staff are hired. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a startup-style environment where teamwork and flexibility are essential. Responsibilities Assist with clinic setup, workflow development, and operational organization Oversee daily administrative and office operations Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and HR-related responsibilities Manage client communication, scheduling, phone calls, and front desk duties as needed Maintain medical records and clinic documentation Assist with inventory management and vendor coordination Support leadership with policy implementation and operational planning Help create a positive experience for clients, patients, and team members Collaborate closely with a small team of approximately 4-6 staff members Assist wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations in a growing practice Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience overseeing teams of 5 or more individuals Veterinary and radiation oncology experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment Comfortable assisting with reception and client-facing responsibilities during the startup phase Experience with scheduling systems, office software, and administrative operations preferred Benefits Competitive salary of $70,000 annually Opportunity to help build a specialty veterinary practice from the ground up Collaborative and supportive team environment Professional growth opportunities as the practice expands To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief introduction outlining your leadership experience and interest in the role.
