Practice Manager (RN) | Full Time Professional / Management Peterson Specialty Care (PSC)
DESCRIPTION

Shift Information:

Responsible for providing leadership to all staff, ensuring quality medical care, availability of medical supplies in the delivery of services, and managing change. Works closely with the Director of Operations, Administrative team, physicians, advanced practice providers, staff and patients assuring satisfaction and efficiency. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance, confidentiality, and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.
Required Education:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Preferred Education:
Bachelor of Science in
Nursing Required Skills:
Knowledge of all activities associated with the delivery of quality healthcare and duties assigned to this role. Skill in organization and efficiency. Excellent computer and keyboarding skills. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to have excellent attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to handle competing priorities.
Preferred Skills:
EMR (electronic medical record) experience, change management experience Required Licensure /Registration /
Certification:
Unrestricted Texas license as a registered nurse and certified in
Basic Life Support Required Experience:
At least one to three years of experience working in the office of a clinic or similar healthcare related facility.
Preferred Experience:
Supervisory or lead experience
