We are a professional screen printing and embroidery company serving brands, businesses, artists, schools, and events. They rely on us for high-quality custom apparel production. This role is focused on preparing customer artwork for production. It is not primarily a logo design or branding-from-scratch position. Most projects begin with customer-provided artwork, logos, or design direction. Your job is to clean up the artwork, create accurate Photoshop mockups, help prepare files for screen printing and embroidery, assist with separations, send artwork approvals, and make sure each job is clear before it moves into production. We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, good grammar, and the discipline to work within real production standards. Responsibilities Create digital samples before production Prepare customer-supplied artwork for screen printing and embroidery Clean up logos, graphics, and low-quality files so they are production-ready Send clear, professional artwork approvals to customers Check artwork for production limitations Communicate clearly with sales, production, and customers Catch artwork issues before they become production problems Qualifications Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills Experience creating apparel mockups Experience preparing artwork for screen printing & embroidery Good grammar and written communication skills Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple jobs at once Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and positive personality Experience in a screen printing and embroidery facility Growth Opportunity For the right person, this role can grow into a senior production art, art department, or pre-production management position.
