You will leverage your technical expertise to ensure that every part meets rigorous quality standards, directly contributing to the success of complex engineering projects. Responsibilities Execute machine setups, tool building, and fixturing for turning and multi-axis milling operations. Produce high-precision components by interpreting complex technical drawings, BOMs, and work instructions. Ensure all manufactured parts adhere to strict tolerance requirements and quality management standards. Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment to maximize uptime and operational efficiency. Document inspection results accurately to maintain process integrity and traceability. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to support a high-performance manufacturing environment. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in precision CNC machining across various materials including metals and alloys. Proficiency in 3-axis milling operations. Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Solid mathematical foundation, including geometry, algebra, and precise measurement techniques. Preferred Skills Experience with 3+2, 4-axis horizontal, or 5-axis milling systems. Background in mill-turn operations. Completion of a formal machining apprenticeship or related associate degree. Familiarity with high-speed spindle equipment and automated tool changers.
