Twin City Staffing is hiring a grinder for a growing manufacturing team in Monticello! This role is essential for shaping, smoothing, and finishing metal components to exact specifications. • and long-term disability HSA with company contribution 401(k) and Roth retirement plans Paid Time Off (PTO) Virtual healthcare and voluntary indemnity plans Duties of the grinder: Operate hand, bench, and automated grinders Remove burrs and surface imperfections from metal Interpret blueprints and production specifications Select proper wheels and abrasives for different metals Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Maintain a clean workspace per 5S standards Perform basic equipment maintenance and safety checks Requirements of the grinder: Experience in metal grinding or fabrication Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Knowledge of metal types and grinding techniques Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
