With on-the-job training and clear paths to grow, you'll build skill and confidence while keeping production moving safely and accurately. What You'll Do in a Typical Shift Operate and fine-tune a variety of production machines: presses, laser marker, ink jet, electro etch, fit, ovens, swage, bore grinders, drill, mill, and roll thread. Verify part conformity—fit, center, stake, stamp, and marking—against print specifications using visual checks and precision gauges (micrometers and calipers). When experienced, complete machine set-ups to parameter standards; run first-piece parts, make necessary adjustments, and complete documentation to secure set-up approval. Load parts, cycle equipment as instructed, and perform in-process checks at set intervals, adjusting to maintain quality. Keep machines running smoothly by monitoring and maintaining fluid levels. Compensation & Schedule Starting pay based on experience: $18.50

• 20.50 per hour Shift differential: +$1.50/hour for 2nd shift 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m
