Monday thru Friday; 8am-4:30pm PrideStaff is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join a premier optical manufacturing lab for one of our top clients. If you have experience in any of the following, your skills will transfer perfectly: CNC Machine Operation or Production Machining Print Production or Large-format Printing Technical Assembly or Mechanical Production Quality Assurance (QA) and Inspection Equipment Operation in a manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities Depending on your specific department and training level, your day-to-day may include:

Machine Operation:

Operating digital optical manufacturing, blocking, and finishing systems.

Precision Measurement:

Using analog and digital lensometers to ensure prescription accuracy.

Quality Control:

Inspecting lenses and frames for microscopic defects or inaccuracies.

Lens Processing:

Preparing and finishing prescription lenses to meet exact specifications.

Workflow Management:

Maintaining clean workstations, following SOPs, and helping the team meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Shipping & Logistics:

Packaging completed high-end orders for final shipment.

Qualifications Detail-Oriented:

You take pride in "getting it right" every time.

Mechanically Inclined:

You are comfortable working around machinery and learning technical processes.

Focused:

Ability to maintain concentration during precision-based tasks.

Reliable:

Consistent attendance and a positive, team-first attitude.

Dexterous:

Good hand-eye coordination for handling delicate components.
