Precision Manufacturing Technician / Equipment Operator

Monday thru Friday; 8am-4:30pm PrideStaff is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join a premier optical manufacturing lab for one of our top clients. Our client specializes in manufacturing prescription sports eyewear using state-of-the-art digital measuring systems, lens processing machinery, and specialized optical equipment. Gain specialized skills in a niche, high-growth manufacturing sector. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for candidates who come from "precision-heavy" backgrounds. If you have experience in any of the following, your skills will transfer perfectly: CNC Machine Operation or Production Machining Print Production or Large-format Printing Technical Assembly or Mechanical Production Quality Assurance (QA) and Inspection Equipment Operation in a manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities Depending on your specific department and training level, your day-to-day may include:Machine Operation:
Operating digital optical manufacturing, blocking, and finishing systems.Precision Measurement:
Using analog and digital lensometers to ensure prescription accuracy.Quality Control:
Inspecting lenses and frames for microscopic defects or inaccuracies.Lens Processing:
Preparing and finishing prescription lenses to meet exact specifications.Workflow Management:
Maintaining clean workstations, following SOPs, and helping the team meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.Shipping & Logistics:
Packaging completed high-end orders for final shipment.Qualifications Detail-Oriented:

You are comfortable working around machinery and learning technical processes.Focused:
Ability to maintain concentration during precision-based tasks.Reliable:

Good hand-eye coordination for handling delicate components.
