Job Description

Our busy medical practice is seeking a dynamic, outgoing, organized, and articulate individual to counsel and educate our patients on their medical conditions and the treatments available. The ideal candidate should be a people person who is enthusiastic, possess excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow within our organizaiton. Customer Service experience with great interpersonal skills is a must as you will be expected to articulate the needs of our patients, present information, and discuss recommendations in a professional, yet personal manner. Key Responsibilities (to include but are not limited to): provide outstanding customer service to our patients: warm greetings, answer questions, address concerns educate patients on various procedures, treatments, and products to ensure they have a clear understanding of their options assist patients: scheduling appointments, filling out paperwork, navigating practice processes learn to operate and maintain specialized equipment under the guidance of senior staff collaborate with doctor's & staff to ensure a seamless experience from check-in to check-out for our patients assist with administrative tasks: answering telephone calls, filing patient records, processing payments maintain clean & organized workspaces, including the reception area enhance knowledge, skills, & customer service qualities by actively participating in training sessions & workshops provide weekly progress reports & productivity recaps
Qualifications:
excellent organizational skills strong verbal & written communication skills excellent teamwork & networking skills ability to prioritize & multitask in a fast-paced enviorment High School diploma or equivalent: additional education or certifications in healthcare administration or customer service is a plus proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc. If you are passionate about helping others, and eager to grow in a dynamic and progressive healthcare environment, then we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
