The ideal candidate would have a strong desire to work with young children. Qualifications:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent(GED). Have or willing to obtain a minimum of 60 semester credits from an institute of higher education, hold an Associate's degree, or obtain a passing score on the ParaPro assessment.
