Preschool Assistant Teacher

Duties:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children.
• Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for students.
• Provide individualized attention and support to students to promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and respectful classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate curriculum and activities.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's development.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.

Requirements:

```

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children, either in a daycare or preschool setting.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate physical education and hands-on learning activities.
• Experience in behavior management techniques to promote positive student behavior.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
