We cover the cost of your CDA (Child Development Associate) and provide the training and experience needed to advance your career. What You'll Do Depending on your role, your day may include: Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children Leading or assisting with activities like art, music, storytelling, and outdoor play Supporting daily routines (meals, diapering, naps, transitions) Encouraging social, emotional, and early learning development Building positive relationships with children, families, and your team Every day is filled with meaningful moments—and plenty of smiles. Qualifications Preschool Aide:

At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED A love for working with children and willingness to learn

Infant/Toddler Caregiver:

At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED 1-2 years of experience working with children ages 2 and under in a licensed childcare or preschool setting

Preschool Teacher:

At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or
