Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth Help plan and implement age‑appropriate activities and curriculum Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Work as part of a supportive teaching team (Experienced educators may take on additional classroom leadership responsibilities.) Qualifications Aide:

At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED A love for working with children and willingness to learn

Infant/Toddler Caregiver:

At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED 1-2 years of experience working with children ages 2 and under in a licensed childcare or preschool setting

Preschool Teacher:

At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or

GED PATCH

•qualified (or eligible), including: CDA (Child Development Associate), OR Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field 6-12 months of experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting

Pay & Growth Opportunities Preschool Aide:

$17•18.50 per hour

Infant/Toddler Caregiver:

$19•21 per hour

Preschool Teacher:
