Preschool Childcare Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities for preschool students
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children
• Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate curriculum and activities
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed

Skills:

• Experience working with young students in a classroom setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Ability to educate and engage students in various subjects, including math, language arts, science, and physical education
• Understanding of child welfare and the importance of creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations for students with diverse learning needs
• Previous experience in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred This position requires a passion for working with young children and helping them develop essential skills.
