Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Curriculum Coordinator to join the leadership team at their premier preschool in Stoughton, MA. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a genuine love for children, and a strong commitment to education. This is a Direct Hire position with the school Monday-Friday; year-round employment Salary Starting at $23.00 per hour pending education, certifications, and professional Early Childhood Education experience Benefits Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Child Enrollment Discount Training & Development Responsibilities Teacher Support & Coaching Support teachers across all age groups and classrooms Provide on-site coaching, mentoring, and modeling of effective teaching strategies Conduct classroom observations to ensure curriculum implementation Offer constructive feedback grounded in developmentally appropriate practice Support lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and assessment tools Help teachers strengthen classroom management, behavior guidance, and social-emotional learning strategies Track progress, document coaching sessions, and support continuous improvement Participating in the selection and hiring of teachers Collaborating with other leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers Curriculum & Program Quality Support consistent implementation of the research-informed curriculum Assist teachers in effectively using the digital curriculum platform Lead professional development sessions, workshops, and trainings Qualifications
REQUIRED
Education:
Massachusetts Lead Teacher EEC Certified
REQUIRED
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience teaching in a licensed childcare center/preschool Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib in case of an emergency Must meet background check eligibility
